SQUARE GUYED MAST WITH CARRIAGE        NEW MODEL

With new features, quick mount and dismount.

CP MODELS....VERY FIT FOR BEING INSTALLED IN ANY PLACE ( LIFT-CABIN, LOFTS, TERRACES, GARDENS,..ETC. ) WITHOUT PARTICULAR DIFFICULTY.

The bearing structure consists of a 100 mm square tube comprehending modular sections of 2 m each joinable with an extremely robust system which is fastened with 4  10mm stainless steel screws. The carriage composed of 40x40 mm angular sections is about 80 cm high and wraps the square bearing tube completely. The slide is guaranteed by 8  nylon wheels placed at the base and top of the carriage, they run along the four faces of the square tube . This carriage is supplied with a rotator plate fit for all commercial rotators, with a thrust bearing plate, with a support having a 50 mm nylon bushing as well as with mast 48 mm Ø  3m-long, which juts about 2.3 m out of the carriage. At the carriage base 4 rings are expected for the fastening of the guy-rope  which will tighten automatically. The lifting of the carriage with all his accessories, rotator and antennas, is guaranteed by a manual winch and by a 5 mm-diameter stainless steel cable supplied with a test certificate. The structure is fully hot-galvanized and the screws are stainless steel.
